How to report a bug

Although we do our best to produce a software with the best possible quality, we may have missed some bugs. If you encounter some difficulties or note a disfonctionnement, please let us know. We will correct the problems as fast as possible.

Here is the procedure to follow to report a bug:

If the bug is easy to reproduce, you can send a simple e-mail to support@wiztoo.com explaining the details of how to reproduce it.
Most of the time, we need a capture file to analyze the problem. For that, enable the option "Record traffic" :

Start a monitoring, reproduce the bug, stop the monitoring and export the datas into a ".wizcap" file. If the ".wizcap" file is not too big, you can send it at support@wiztoo.com, with the detailed explanation of the manipulation.
